The quality manual is the tool for the quality management of the GVP-practice.

It consists of three sections: a general description of the practice, the working documents and a sample of all registration forms in use.

The working documents are divided in protocols, procedures and the registration forms. The protocols state the intentions of the practice on a given subject, the procedures describe how this is achieved by describing the process in chronological steps. The registration forms are the reports on which all activities are registered.

The manual shown here is a sample manual. It shows a way of achieving all requirements of the Code. It is however not necessary to do everything as described here to achieve GVP-certification, as long as you meet the requirements of the GVP-Code.

You can use this manual to create your own protocols, procedures and registration forms.
